This a bravio dryer. not the only dryer, problems with cabrio & oasis too.
blower belt & blower pulley keeps coming off, I have changed blower wheels, pulleys, & still back @ same house 7 to 9 months, with pulley & belt off. today i put lock tite on blower to pulley threads. i don't know what else to do. anyone else that had this problem & how did you take care of it?

cool, I just don't know what else to do., i've seen about 8 of these dryers , all with pulley laying in bottom, & belt off. i keep locktite them then.

W10407349 is the service pointer for this matter.  Whirlpool say's to use loc-tite on the treads of the blower impeller.   I would have up-loaded the file, but the file size exceeds what i can upload onto AJ.com

Service pointers are often small enough that anyone can attach the .pdf file to a topic themselves.
So if you anyone wanted to discuss a service pointer they can start a new topic and attach the service pointer themselves.

I don't really see the need for a new board for them. If it's a whirlpool service point just post it in the board we have for whirlpool appliance repair.

That's my 2 cents. ;)

I hit one of these except it was the little flywheel on the motor that had come off.  I loc-tited it and then did the blower pulley as well even though it was pretty tight....
