kenmore wash cycle grind

kenmore washer #110 series 70. during wash cycle it maks loud squick grind noise.spin cycle is normal. is ther a manual for this at your site ? :-\

this is the number 110.82372110  serial # c34246481 .the last wash it made that noise. today i washed it didn't make the noise. made shure clothes were balanced in it. maybe it could've been that .

check to see if the top of the agitator is working properly. It is the same sounds of the agitator dogs not working properly and grinding from the clothes while agitating.
