Magic Chef Cooktop model # 32aa-1k
« on: October 09, 2011, 05:56:44 PM »

Hi All,

I'm looking for a part number for a spark ignition switch. The picture attached shows what I have, but I'm not sure if some of the numbers may be worn off. Is it 3amp 20vac or .3amp 120vac? I found something similar but it's not the same form factor or rating. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/whirlpool-igniter-switch-item-number-ap4101554.aspx?pn_=7403P279-60

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark

How about this one?

I can't find anything on that model number, just going by photos at repairclinic.

That looks like the one WP posted. To be sure check the HarperWyman number on the switch. sample: 7403P039-60

@ WPtech: I saw the same ones you referenced, but none seem to fit the bill, and for the price they are asking between $15 & $30. it's not worth it. So I found a guy who was selling a cooktop on Craig's list for $75. Frigidaire/Electrolux Pro series stainless about 5 years old in good condition. works like a charm.

Thanks for your effort though.
