When I lived in Africa for several years, I learned that Craftsman tools didn't just have a great warranty, but they were so good, they seldom needed to be replaced. After moving back to the States, I realized that even if the Sears store is only 15 minutes away, I still need the best. AND my wife agrees with me! When its time to fix an appliance, any wasted time just makes her antsy to go out and buy a replacement for it.

Funny you mentioned Sears, I was just down there the other night.  On a floor jack and a wood rasp.  I never asked for help because then I could browse the aisles and look at all the tools that I wish I could have.  That 50 boxes burning a hole in my pocket already.

Oooh, NICE! I'd love to win a Sears gift card. There are two billion and one little tiny things around here that totally need doing, and I bet I could knock out at least three of them with an extra $50. That'd leave 1,999,999,998 things to go! Appliance Junk saved me $60 .  I fixed my Washing Machine by my self.  Who says a women can't be a Maytag Man .  I would use the $50 gift card to buy another tool.  Yep I said tool.
