I'm an appliance repair technician in Jackson, MS. I run my own business-- Jackson Appliance Repair Company. Been in the business over a decade and I work on all major brands of home appliances. Washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposals. Your site has been tremendously helpful to me over the years in troubleshooting issues, and now I'd like to give back by offering my expertise.

Hey AJ!

First of all thank you for this awesome forum. Second of all please upgrade my profile for PART access. My qualifications are I have a background in electrical engineering I've been involved with repair for almost 20 years now, and I recently decided to quit playing the job game and I have struck out as a self-employed appliance technician! My goal is to read the posts and learn from the pros, don't worry I don't plan on flooding the forearm with a million novice questions LOL. As a person have significant experience and expertise in the foundations of electronics from electrons all the way up to integrated circuits I have a lot to contribute especially with today's mystique of computer driven appliances. BTW, you don't need to have a PayPal account yourself to make a donation.
Once you click on our PayPal donation link at the bottom of our site you will have the option to make a donation using a debit card or credit card without having to sign into PayPal.

In a effort to get a little more help on our site I will only be upgrading members to "Technician" after they have already shown some participation in our forum.
We have a lot of techs (500+) on our site that login daily and only take from our site without ever giving back.

To the few that do give back (some daily) I sincerely thank you for all your help.

Look, I am trying to help, not argue, but weird how the tech prior to me approved, has a YEAR as a tech and was approved in a day, I own an appliance store and am tech for over 15 years......weird.
Now I am also a member over at STH. I can simply spend my limited (due to repair work on road) time there. Not a big deal, just trying to expand/share my information here as well.
