Old Maytag Top Load Washer Not Spinning Fast Enough

I've seen a few similar posts, but not sure if the washers are the same as mine...
Anyway, my old Maytag top loader, model number LAT8624AAE, is not spinning fast enough to drain the water. This is happening on all sized loads. The wash/rinse agitation seems fine, but the post- wash/rinse spins never get fast enough to eject the water. Thanks!

Check the drive belt. This is a cloth covered belt. If you see any shiny rubber, it's worn out.

If the belt looks good check the pump. It may be trying to lock up

I replaced the drive belt and it seemed to spin faster, but the water was still there. I replaced the pump belt, that was more worn than the drive belt, and that did the trick. Thanks!

Wait...not so fast. The wife noticed lint in the bottom of the tub and when we tipped the washer, sure enough, soapy water was still present.
Here's some questions:
1) Is there a lint filter that could be clogged, causing it not to drain?
2) Or does it sound like the pump?
3) The belt was what I call loose, in that I could squeeze it in the middle and the two sides would touch. Does this sound right?
Thanks!

What is the meaning of the video? Are you just showing me how to get to the lint filters? If so, can you tell me what size of bolt (?) is used to release the agitator?

None of the above. The problem ended up being a clogged drain line. A straight pin got stuck across a reducer that had been put in the end of the drain hose and collected a bunch of lint. I removed the reducer (a barbed nipple that had been hose clamped into the end of the drain tube) and the pin and lint plug fell out. Fixed.
On the bright side, I've got a new pump and belts on washer.
