Why not just put the training on a private YouTube channel so you guys can watch it anytime?

I did not even hear of any webinar training at all. Besides Sears does not believe in real training anyhow.
I do however remember a couple of years back we were to supposed to have real training. However our District Manager cancelled the training because the district's metrics were not good enough. I think this lack of training will bite Sears in the Ass big time. Its a shame really, A&E could be a top notch outfit with the right management.
