NUMBER 11 is the lid switch. This model will not let the washer wash OR spin with the lid open. Must be a broken lid switch, and if you intend to bypass the switch be sure you jump the correct two wires because it ain't the 2 outer wires that are hot on that lid switch. Sneaky dudes changed it. Been there done that. To get to that lid switch on all the diff models check out this video Kells:
(note: even though it shows the guy replacing an older type lid switch I thought you would like to know how the various older and newer washers opened)

Is the water level switch closing after fill and sending power to the timer?

i fixed it, burned orange wire on fabric selector ....nice
