Will agitate in spin-weak spin?
« on: January 26, 2011, 11:49:19 PM »

Hello, my washer is agitating in a spin cycle. While in the spin the agitator turns, as does the spin basket, but it does it weakly-without force. I tried to replace the thrust bearing kit, but couldn't get it to line up properly. When I installed the cam, it was always a bit to the left of the 'markers'. It continued to do the same thing. Is the adjustment on that cam 'that' important or am I dealing with a transmission issue?

I'm sorry to inform you, But the transmission on your washer is shot.... I would check and see what the warranty policy states in the owners manual.  Some of theses machines had a 5 or 10 year transmission warranty.
