Imbalance Question

I ran the service test and determined an imbalance fail condition exists. I stuck my head in the back and tried to follow all the wires and coulnd't find the switch. Any idea where the switch is and what I might need to do to correct the problem?

The machine has provided yeoman-like service for years with this being the first problem resulting in load abuse inflicted by a teenager, towels and shoes.....
