Neptune Will Not Go Into Spin

Neptune wont go into spin, motor whines.  Control Board was replaced 2 yrs ago, is this the motor?  Less than 10 yrs old.

Ok checked out mother board no signs of issue.  What happens actually is that it tries to go into spin but just spins slowly.  Pump is pumping out water, as it is about to ramp up the pump gets louder and then softer and it just doesnt go into high spin.

Sounds Like a Spin enable switch to me ;) You can by pass it with a paperclip from one of the red 24v wires & I believe the yellow wire on P3 while in the spin cycle(Or at the switch if you want to deal with getting to it).... Double check on the schematic that its the wire that goes to the spin enable switch though...Been a while since I worked on those on a daily basis.
