Frigidaire dishwasher middle arm gasket
« on: April 29, 2010, 09:59:41 AM »

The gasket/ boot attached to the rear of the middle spray arm on my Frigidaire dishwasher model PLD2855RFC0 is falling apart.
My "service" centre tells me that the gasket can not be purchased separately and I must buy the entire spray arm assembly.
It makes no sense to have to replace the entire arm for the sake of a $3.00 gasket.
Help!

The gasket is probably molded into the spray arm assembly and couldn't be replaced anyway.

Not moulded into the arm - can be removed (and, I assume replaced) easily.
What is crazy is that the plastic washer that the gasket seals to is listed as a separate part and can be replaced.
Thanks for the replys!
