Refrigerator side will not cool

Frigidaire PLHS267ZAB6 Refrigerator. The freezer side works great but the fridge side is staying about 48-50 degrees. Would appreciate some info. Thanks

Look inside the freezer. Do you see a snowy frost build-up? Also, see if there's anything blocking or restricting the damper.

No there are no restrictions, I had the cover that has the teem controls in it off and everything was unrestricted. The door for the cold air from the freezer into the fridge was closed tho.What controls that?

I stock that on my truck.  O0  Wouldn't be the first time I seen that.
