Maytag Washer clothes are soaked
« on: February 17, 2010, 12:36:35 PM »

I've read the forum suggestions for the R-11 resistor on the controller board being the issue. I took the board out and the R-11 resistor looks fine. This board is actually a replacement board from a couple years ago where the other board had the R-11 resistor issue. All the cycles complete, but it doesn't seem to spin the clothes dry. Thanks

Model MAH4000AWW

I haven't looked. Where would the belt be and how would I access it?

The other thing I noticed, if I put it in spin, the door doesn't lock. I read this could be a faulty lock wax motor ? Where is this located so I can try replacing this part

AJ: I regularly post on (another forum) because it's easier to navigate. I guess as I get older, I get lazier. But you have a WHOLE LOT MORE cool stuff on your site! I plan to become more comfy over here.
