Problem with washer, WM2277HW: Would not turn drum at all under power. I could spin drum freely by hand. I took rotor off and found splines in hub which is plastic stripped. If I would spin drum by hand and washer was running, motor would turn drum but made growling noise as if bearing bad. I ordered new rotor as I cant just get hub even though it is removeable. wondering if problem could be two fold? Bearings all seem good cause I can spin drum by hand freely. When I tried to run motor would lock as if brakes were applied but I never got any error code

Second problem is with dryer, DLG5988W: can turn unit on, set function, ie: towels, delicates and so on then you push start and nothing. After about an hour of fooling with unit found how to get to top of drum and found wiring diagram but how do you get to switches, thermostat etc. thanks in advance for help
