This is just a thought that someone else might be able to do something with.  This Logo could be made to look like a knob on a stove, microwave, washing machine, etc.  Just something that someone else might be able to work with to create a cool logo.

JR what would be cool is if you could put the initials in there in pencil thin black, I think you is onto something there. Keep at it dude.

Hi everyone.  I saw the contest posted over on the smf Help board and figured I'd take a shot.  Btw, I think this place could use a nice custom theme as well - something industrial, clean..   Anyway, here's an idea - some variation of this:

btw, this can be flattened to make it easier to print as a letterhead, t-shirt, etc so that you only have to worry about printing 1 color.

Once SMF 2.0 goes gold we will be working with the new Curve theme. :)

Just working on a black and white template with this one.  If you think it shows any promise at all I'll do a colored version with transparent background.

If not... I'll understand...  :-\

It's all fun, though!   And thank you for the opportunity... :D

That would be awesome if you could post the contest information for me.  O0

Could you send me the link for the topic you post it in?
This way I could watch it for questions too.

Thanks,  O0

Anything that needs to be added-to or changed in particular?

Not in that image and please don't take this the wrong way, but if I did want something changed in that image I think the right thing to do would be to ask Stratman4u to make the changes.

After all he is the one that come up with that particular logo design.

I'm interested in what others can come up with themself, not what changes they can make to other peoples designs. :)

Hi there!  Saw  your post over on the TAZ forums and figured I'd give this a shot.  It's not fancy, but sometimes that's good. :)  I didn't put any sort of tool or other image because I couldn't find anything that didn't look cliparty. :(

Original file is EPS, so it's easily scalable and can be used for other things such as imprints and such.

The colors are just based off what's on your site right now, but they can be changed or adjusted to suit.  I've provided a b/w and greyscale of the icon part but not the text.  You can get the idea of how it would look though but if you want to see the text in b/w or greyscale, let me know.

Ugh, seems like the site doesn't want me to upload an image, so I'll just link it here from my own host.
