I have a kenmore gas dryer and it will not heat. I have taken the back off and when i start it in the timed cycle,i see the heating element glow and then shut off.It will fire up once in a while for a few minutes.Can anyone help?

They are on the gas valve.Remove the front panel to access the gas valve.

It makes it easier to replace the coils with the drum out. No need to remove the assembly just yank the drum out and clean out the dryer. You always want to clean the dryer and oil the rollers.
