A little puzzled. Maytag fridge and and customer states that everything works but ice melts in the bin and drips out of the dispenser. Small amount of water freezing under the bin making it hard to remove.
Service test shows everything ok. I did replace the ice box fan. one setting of windings ohmed out a lot higher than a new motor so I changed it.  Customer states same thing happening. Temps are good and I have even changed the defrost cycle to and from adc to the standard. Didnt seem to help.  Also, ref evap thermistor is located in the correct place and zip ties used.

I would be suspicious of a thermistor. Sometimes these main boards get a glitch in them and disrupting power will reset. I would wonder if customer is unplugging unit in an attempt to solve problem and maybe not mentioning to me. It's obvious that it is a temporary no cool issue where it's melting and re freezing. Most often when these no run glitches occur, they will not turn back on without a disruption of power. Had one that was completely dead in the water for four days. I unplugged for a couple minutes and like brand new now for over a year or else I would have heard. Sometimes a faulty board can be difficult to detect. I'm always looking for test boards to put in my truck. I have alot. If this job was easy, everyone would be doing it. Good luck. Let's us know.

I always look for the most simple thing 1st. Could be something  as simple as the donut gasket on the door not sealing or even the left upper door not completely closed before ur arrival. Good luck. Let's us know

Sorry for the long delay........

Finally found the separator assembly (dispenser door) not closing.  Worked great during the test mode and each time I had been there but it finally acted up. No call back yet!
