GE refrigerator GFE28HMHFES

Having issues with GE fridge, initial complaint was freezer icing up and leaking water. Unplugged unit cleaned drain line now when I plugged unit in the fan will not come on. when freezer door opens ice chute opens. I have run through diagnostic and no error codes. help!!!
