GE fridge GSHSKGXCCSS

This sxs GE fridge is not defrostong automatically,but the heaters and thermostats are good,I cannot find the analytical procedures for this fridge,please help me initiate the defrosting.The diagram is there,but no mention of the defrosting method.plessr help!

Had to cut the M# way back- maybe US/Canada thing-
