WRS321SDHZ05 / SXS WP / not properly cooling
« on: January 13, 2022, 10:04:44 AM »

have replaced all defrost system parts.
Including evap. thermistor, thermostat-( tested open once during diagnostics/ ohms test=OL), cntl. bd,...all replaced.
IN forced defrost , drawing 3.5 amp, which actually confirmed (good heater / resistance 31 ohms) and thermostat

how much can positioning of evap, sensor really effect defrost?

How’s the frost pattern? Every rung covered with hard frost after an hour or two?

It is recommended to secure thermistor with a tie strap tightly to evap coil so it can better sense temperature
