Propane Range Oven not Working

Hot Point RGA720EK7  20" Propane range. The cooktop works fine. When the oven is turned on the igniter glows and the flame goes on. It only does this once though. After that the igniter glows but the flame will not light again. I have replaced the igniter and the thermostat with no improvement.
