Glasses Breaking
« on: October 29, 2021, 01:55:43 PM »

I'm trying to figure out what would cause glasses to break every cycle in a dishwasher. Someone suggested cheap thin glasses, but it seems to effect all glasses every cycle. Someone also suggested thermal shock from hot and cold rapid temperature change at the beginning of the cycle. Hard water is also a known issue in our area, not sure if that plays a role. I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this phenomenon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is a very old topic but I was wondering if you ever found out what was causing the glasses to break.
