G.E. refrigerator - how do I test a DC fan motor?
« on: October 05, 2021, 07:28:09 PM »

Does anybody know how to test a GE fan motor that is 13.6 VDC.  I have a wr60x26866 evaporator fan motor with 4-wires (red, blue, yellow & black)  I also have a 12 VDC power supply that should run the fan but I don't know what color wires to hook up the power supply to for it to run. I know 2 should be the power supply, 1 should be for speed and 1 for feedback to the main board.  Please let me know how to hook up the colors to make it run.  This will make it easy to check these out in the future.  Thank You!
