Hello. I have a customer with a Thermador dishwasher. Initially, it displayed E01, not turning on. The customer said that someone replaced the circulation pump on this unit 2 months ago but was unable to provide a receipt to confirm this, this is from her memory only.

We replaced the drain pump and the control board. No leak was found. After the new control board was installed, it showed error code E06 even before I tried to start a cycle. I can see that when the board was starting up, it tried to turn the circulation pump for half a second maybe, but it was unable to run it further. I took the circulation pump apart to clean, still not working afterward. Checked wires, nothing found.

The only thing I can think about right now is maybe the circulation pump was not replaced 2 months ago after all and we need to replace it? But why would the new control board show a different error code than the old one?

Any pointer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
