heating/cooling air handler

good day gentlemen. not sure if you can help or not but thought what the hell give it a shot. I have a Hotel that is ran on steam, the heating/cooling air handler sending condensate to the condensate tank. I have 2 out of the 4 tanks  steam spewing out the tank over flow into the drain causing the room to fill with moisture. I have cleaned the steam traps thinking that was the cause but still doing it. Any help or direction that I could get would be great thanks for your time Thanks Karl
