Samsung Washer drain pump running
« on: March 19, 2021, 02:43:25 PM »

I have a Samsung washer, model WF330ANW/XAA.    When you power it up the drain pump runs, and all the water is empty.   You can start it, and it will start a cycle, but as the water enter, it just gets pumped right out.

I started by replacing the water level sensor.   Didn't help

I then replaced the main board, didn't help.

Any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks

Take your impulse tube off at the Water Sensor Switch and attach an air compressor hose to it and blow through it to alleviate any debris that might have built up. Sounds like you have a restriction. This might be the answer. Let us know what you find.

Iíve pulled the tube off the switch and blown thru it.    It felt unobstructed....
