GE Refrigerator CTE22TSHBSS Generating Error Codes

So my wife saw some water dripping from where the ice comes from the door. It was minor and went away.

So, I thought I would check for any error codes. I was seeing two of them.

F105 - Condenser Fan cannot reach target RPM
F112 - Deli Pan Fan Feedback missing when ran running.

I ran the diags on both fans. The Condenser fan was running at 1671 rpm, the Deli fan at 4120 rpm.

So for grins and giggles, I replaced the Condenser fan.  But I still am getting both error codes several times per day.  What gives?
