Good evening,

I got a free dishwasher and they told me it hard just stopped getting power. I tested the noise filter(I believe it was called) for continuity and it checks out. When I plug the unit in I hear a click and see the red lcd on the PCB light up dimly for a second, could this be the door switch or another cause all together? Thanks for the time, God bless

It's likely that the main PCB is bad.  If door switch was bad, control panel would still light up and you could select cycles and options.
