This dual fuel stove has electric oven. When choosing self cleaning, the red rack pilot light will be on tell tell the user to take all the racks out, otherwise the door lock won't lock and won't start cleaning, until the racks are taken out. I actually do not see any sensor to tell the computer that the racks are removed. Where is the sensor? Now the user cannot start cleaning even with all the racks removed.what is causing the stove not to clean?
