Whirlpool WSF26C2EXY92 No water no ice
« on: November 25, 2019, 04:39:14 PM »

Daughters refrigerator started acting up all of the sudden. The unit is not producing ice and there is nothing from the water dispenser when the paddle is pushed. I took off the supply line and there is good water flow to the solenoid valve. You can hear a hum when you depress the paddle for water. I started to remove the back cover to test the valve but noticed that the valve looked different than what I have seen before on a Whirlpool refrigerator. When I looked at the parts breakdown it appears that there are two separate valves. Can anyone help me with the best way to troubleshoot this system?
