LG Toploader confusion
« on: April 26, 2019, 10:08:28 AM »

Good morning,

Can anyone tell me if software version 11 is up to date for LG toploader Model WT1101CW? According to the flash I attached the updated SW is either 11, 12, 13, but most folks are saying they were brought to 13 to fix the UE problem. Also, the flash says to replace the *rotor* if serial number is past 311xxx (mine is 503xxx) but... other techs and elsewhere online say to replace stator not rotor.

For the record, I have replaced the board (which now shows software 11) but unit is still getting unbalanced. Shocks feel good. Have ruled out loading/detergent.

Thanks for input,
