its one of those where customer thinks it to loud and not smooth enough; customer wants to have it replaced; lol; ; i dont think there will be any pleasing them

This is probably there first washer with a electric pump and there not use to hearing that noise once the water is drained , the manufactures call that a " acceptable noise "

I've had a couple where the drain hose is moving in sync with the surge. It will sometimes touch the back panel or wall and exacerbate the noise. I couldn't tell if that was the case with yours or not.
