Sam Sung Free standing range. NX58H9500WS/AA
« on: March 11, 2019, 07:27:11 PM »

Got a call today about his range.  Of course it's about 35 miles away.  The customer stated that sometimes it heats and sometimes no.  I replaced the ignitor a couple of years ago and the convection fan in January.  If they open and close the door it will sometimes heat.  I'm thinking that the temp sensor or the ERC is bad.  It also has a relay board.  Is the sensor not giving signal to the ERC or is the ERC not talking to the relay board? Is the relay burnt in the relay board?  Has anyone dealt with anything like this?  Hate to go up there with the wrong parts.  Thanks

This is the first time I have uploaded a file on this site.

let me know if you get it.  The tech sheet is attached, I think.

Thanks for the manual.  I wasn't able to open it but that's ok.  I've decided to replace the control board, relay board, and temp sensor.  It's a warranty job and about 35 miles away.  I'm only making one trip.
