GE Washer - nothing happens

Hey everyone!! Working on a GE Washer Model# GTW490ACJ3WW and when you select a cycle and the lights come on ok but when you push to start the lights go out and nothing happens---- Board bad? or what do you think? cause I sure don't know!!! Thanks.........

Iím sure you already checked this, but with your meter attached, when you press start, does the voltage at the outlet drop to an unacceptable level.  I have chased one these all over the place.  The voltage at the outlet shows good until a valve or motor tries to start, then nothing.  Let us know how it turns out for you.  A quick and dirty test is to run a heavy extension cord to known good outlet.
