WTW5550XW0 - F7E5 error. What should I do next?
« on: January 18, 2019, 11:24:58 PM »

My Whirlpool Cabrio washer will no longer spin.  When I try to start a cycle, it ‘senses’ and I can hear some clicks an it sounds like it is attempting to spin.  I tried running a drain and spin cycle and it does nothing.  I am getting an F7E5 error in diagnostic mode.  I assumed this would be the shift actuator, but I replaced it and it is still not functioning.  I have checked the connections and wiring to the main board and all seems to be ok.  Any suggestions?
