No water to ice maker
« on: November 14, 2018, 05:31:33 AM »

Iíve been working on a Kitchen Aid side by side. Model KSC23C8EYY02.
I donít have any voltage to water valve. Ice maker is harvesting properly when tested and optics are good.
Iíve noticed that in service mode there is no test to operate the valve like on other models. Can anyone familiar with this model offer any help?

do the water valves actuate when you set the ice maker in harvest mode?

No.  Thereís no voltage to the solenoids on the valve so they arenít doing anything.
