GE SXS Md. GSL25JFTCBS

For the past 6 months off and on there is a layer of ice forming under the ice bucket and snow on the door racks.  The door seal looks ok and the ice dispenser flapper seems to be closing completely. The ice maker isn't over flowing.  Has anyone else come across this problem?
Thanks

I have had some problems like this as well. The fan could be running too slow and/or the evaporator thermistor is could be causing it to defrost too long. I have had some I had to change the board to correct.

Thanks   I think I'll replace the board and thermistor.

Think I would change all three on that one!
