My customer has this washer that does not have enough water to make normal load wet(we can see because we lift the top up to check).The blue control board has a pressure switch hose attached to it.The service manual does not specify how to get more more water in.May the whirlpool guy please give me a hint please?The washer actually wash and spin and finish the cycle,but the clothes are not clean.

I really don't think is any way to get a higher water level. If you look at Page 1-9 of the service manual, you can see what the level is for different size loads. It kind of is what it is.
