My customer has this coin-operated washer, all thecycle status indicator lights are on at the same time, including sensing load,soak/wash,rinse,final spin, done and lid lock.but no water was coming,no action. The lites won't cancel,I simply cannot do anything, even after I unplugged the washer for a long time and plugged in again. How can I cancell these lites and make the washer work again? The service book does not mention about all lites are on.Please help!

Can you calibrate it? That should bypass what ever glitch it's stuck in.

Hello Dewitt,in order to get into the diagnostic mode, all the lites have to be off,so I cannot get into the diagnostic mode because all the lites stay on.The selector switch has only 3 positions, even trying to get into the diagnostic mode is quite difficult. When I get back to the machine again,I will try again.Thank you for your hint.

Disconnect everything from the board and see if it's the board

On the commercial models, all of the lights on means it's in failure mode. The procedure to get into diagnostics is different as well since the selector has only 3 positions. Here's a link to the service manual. Take a look starting on page 4-6.

I went back to that washer, pulled all the harnesses out,re-connected them again, all the lites still lit up, including the lock lite, none is blinking. I still can't Get into the diagnostic mode, can't cancel any lites. I Still can do nothing, even calibrating.

If you disconnected all the connectors from the board one at a time except for the power cord (J7) and all the led's were still lit, then I would think it's a bad control board.

Hello Scrapiron, I disconnected the power cord from the wall plug, then disconnectd all the other harnesses for five minutes, then plugged them all back in, all the lites including the "door locked" are still on.The service manual actually says if all the lites except the "door locked" are on,something is wrong. In my case, the "DOOR LOCKED"lite was also on, I don't know it makes any difference. For now, I have the green main control board on order.Thank you for your advice. Will report again after I got it fixed.
