GE GFDN110EL0WW Dryer test mode sequence
« on: January 16, 2018, 06:43:36 PM »

I have a GE GFDN110EL0WW (4-2012 date) that I'd like to run the diagnostics on. I have the 31-16881 mini manual that says "Press and hold the "signal" and "Lock" buttons for 3 seconds to enter service mode. No joy. As you can see by the picture "Signal" and "Lock" are the same button. Is there a different mini manual for it? Maybe a full manual? TIA

Sorry I could not find a manual for you. Did you get it figured out?

Used a K type thermocouple to check temps and it seems that after a good duct cleaning temps were ok. Funny thing is the mini manual for the dryer told you what the available tests were but not how to get it into test mode.
