I think the Electrolux stuff is nice, and has some real nice features. The smart thing they did was to stay pretty much with the Frigidaire style of platform so I wouldn't expect many issues we haven't already seen. They are quite a bit more expensive so we will see how that goes, but I am curious to see how the dampener works out for the reduced vibration. Looks like a good idea, but the 10lb weight is only held in place by 4 small pads that look like jello. It also has it's own shipping bolt (or fork as they call it) that needs to be in place if the machine is ever moved. Being able to reverse the doors is another feature I like, and have a feeling that is going to work it's way into everyones next frontloader version. Electrolux also has a bottom mount refer due out earlier this year, that has been delayed for one reason or another. I suspect it will have the usual features like everyone else's. But to answer your question, I do like the stuff. Just a bit more expensive than I am willing to pay. My wife on the other hand wants the new GE's with the dispensing pedestal. But it's $600 by itself, so that won't be happening to soon.
