GE Front Load Washer
« on: June 04, 2017, 02:34:58 PM »

I'm working on my GE WCVH6800J1WW washer that stops in midcycle. Could not get machine into test mode. Maunually tested all funtions (fill, agitate, drain, spin, high speed spin, etc.) and found all in working order. Fill valve clogged with lime crystals - replaced, pressure switch check out. Was advised that new control board was needed. I replaced board with WH12X10468 and progammed board as specified. Tested all functions (above) which worked correctly. I wanted to check for test mode, but new board also could not enter mode (signal, delay start, signal, delay start). Withn 24hr I observed that lights on front panel flicker on-and-off intermittantly and that board will return to original time for cycle, part way through the washer run.  The machine appears to run through cycle when empty, but not with a load in it. Any thoughts?
