WP8318268    This is the part number of the cycling thermostat. It is rated at 155 degree and should cycle the heat off  and on  this thermostat and if it goes bad it would blow the thermal cutout.

OK, that site cross references 8318268, which is on the Whirlpool parts list, as Thermostat, Internal−Bias.  This would contribute to the thermal fuse to keep blowing?

Should I replace 3392519 Thermal Fuse as well?

Ok, I see that, no go on the Thermal Fuse.

It could but likely blow the white thermal fuse first. But at this point maybe change it or figure out a way to test it.Air flow or lack of will take out the thermal fuse that is giving you your problem.  Kind of hoping you got that duct back in the female duct the right way though.

Inside like this.Make sure your air flow is good.I know you said it is.Also could try a load of clothes without vent connected when you get the parts.

Thank you.  My duct that houses the heating element is definitely snug against the duct in the back...

OK, I took everything apart again, and put it all back together again, and so far, the Thermal Cut−Off hasn't tripped.

I'll report back if anything changes, thanks again!
