Kenmore Front Loader Washer CLUNK
« on: January 29, 2017, 05:24:59 PM »

anyone know what this might be? I am guessing I need to take apart the plastic tub and the rotating metal drum contained within. Is something a DIYer with tools can do?

ok that's what I thought. Its going to be a major/costly fix.

So my next question is-- I live in a multi-unit 4plex building. I own the whole building and live in the main unit but allow my tenants to use my washer/dryers. I would now like to replace this washer with a coin-operated one. I like the way the Speed Queen Commercial washers look. I know they will cost bucks but it might be worth it in the long run plus it will limit my tenants from just doing endless washes without thinking twice about it since it's free now.

Anyone with any recommendations? I know Maytag makes coin-operated washers too.

Go with the Speed Queen.
