Whirpool Washer stuck in "wash" mode
« on: March 21, 2016, 12:55:07 AM »

Hi, I have a Whirlpool Washer, Model WTW4850XQ0.  I always pick "regular" to wash clothes but yesterday when I did my laundry, it stuck at the "wash" mode, it is able to sense, rinse, drain, spin, so I basically have to select the "rinse and spin" and "drain and spin" options.  It doesn't work when I select "soak" either.  What could be the problem?  There's water coming in when I selected the "rinse and spin" option but nothing happened when it is done sensing.  Thanks for your help in advance!
