Samsung VRT front-load drum out of center
« on: February 19, 2016, 06:53:59 PM »

My Samsung Front-loader's drum is out of center.  This is very noticeable if I turn it by hand.  As a result, when it goes into the spin cycle it bounces across the floor.  Can this somehow be adjusted?
Thanks,
Jed

support is bent. you are looking at buying a new washer, unless you are very handy and have about 5hrs to do a complete tub job

Are you sure it's bent and not cracked or corroded as pictured? Happens quite frequently with Front Load Washers. I've seen them go in under 2 years of age....

am i 100% sure, no. Not without tearing them apart and usually they are too costly to do so. Bent, cracked, broke. I have seen all three.
