Not able to link it because the wmv file is too big.
Basically what you want to do is find the connector the goes from the power supply board to the main board. Use a jumper wire to short the PS_ON pin to GND. Don't use chassis ground, just use one of the pins on that connector. Not sure which power supply you have in your set as Samsung used 2 different ones.
Then take an alligator clip and short the 2 highest numbered pins on the logic board. Some logics had a 4 pin and some had a 6 pin connector. On the 4 pin, short pins 3 and 4. On the 6 pin, short pins 5 and 6 using the alligator clip. Then power up the set. You should see test patterns on the screen. If the test patterns look good and the set doesn't cut out and make that popping noise like in your video, then its 100% confirmed the issue is on that main board.
