Samsung washer won't drain
« on: August 12, 2015, 04:02:42 PM »

Hey guys I'm probably making this harder than it is for myself but when I set the Samsung frontload washer to spin only the circulation pump turns on for about five seconds and then the washer just sits there for another few minutes until an LE error comes up I'm not getting 120 V when I test the harness to the pump. I've also put it into test mode I can turn the circulation pump On but the drain pump never comes on. I have replaced the pump already as well.

Control board?

Wf448aap/xaa, I checked the harness, the purple wire at the pump to the board ohms out. And since the circulation pump shares the other blue wire with the drain pump, and the circulation pump works I assume the blue wire is good as well, checked the connectors through out an all is good.

If you've replaced the pump, replace the control board.

Buy your control board here. If that's not your board, then pick the board that matches yours...
