Whirlpool dishwasher inner door leak?
« on: August 07, 2015, 11:30:11 AM »

Hi,  I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner I Model du1055xtsq3 that leaks in both corners (the right more than left).  I have replaced my door gasket, inspected spray arms and found no issues, and checked the water level which seems fine.  I have noticed that at the bottom of my inner door there is a semi-flexible strip that is cracked.  I briefly ran the dishwasher with the outer door removed and noticed water seems to be getting under the inner door. Is this normal function or the result of these cracks. My hunch is that these cracks are responsible for my leak allowing to much water to escape.  I would really appreciate advice before I make a purchase.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, you will need to replace the inner door panel.
